Simply create an account and enter your Travel Agent identification. A Global Account will be created for you and you will be able to create client accounts. Each Client Account will hold your clients reservation details allowing you to manage their itinerary quickly and easily.
Controlled Access
You may opt to print out your clients reservations, or you may elect to give them limited access to their account. As the Global Account owner, you decide how to best manage your client's reservations.
Flexible Accounting
You decide how to pay using either your client's credit card or your own. You may also choose to deduct the commission instantly (pay the total less the commission), or pay the total and put the commission in your account.§ Either way, the choice is yours.

*Commissions are granted instantly or recorded in your account depending on which accounting format you select.
§Commissions placed in your account are paid out upon request. All payments will be processed in the next payment period. The payment period is the end of the month following the month in which the payment is requested. Commissions are only paid out after reaching the $100.00 USD minimum. Any commission amounts under the minimum will be held in your account and paid out when your account balance reaches the minimum. Early payment (for balances under
$100.00 USD) may be requested for a $15 fee.
